As I wrote in the original mission statement 3 years ago, "Skylimit Creations Inc. will never be a predictable company. We do not intend to become one." From the beginning, we have always attempted to do more, and to do important and momentous things with the resources we have.
We have long proposed that over time companies tend to get contented doing the same thing, just making minimal changes. But in the Marketing and Sales industry innovative ideas is what drives the next evolution; you have to be uncomfortable to stay relevant.
This restructuring reflects the company plans to refocus resources and create a more flexible nationwide platform for developing new product opportunities through partnerships. Through these changes, our loyalty will stay to our current partnerships but we will be allocating more capital to gain more partnerships.
Our company is operating well today, although we can make it better, stronger, and more accountable. Three years ago we had only one partner, which was in the Telecom sector. As the business has prospered and developed a massive footprint through strong leaders and freedom across the East Coast we have independently grown partnerships now in the Energy, Wireless, Security, and becoming a major player in the Telecom industries as well.
What is new about Skylimit Creations Inc.? Skylimit Creations Inc. is now a collection of partnerships under one company. Our new model is meant to have a strong Director of Operations who directs each partnership and me to help service them as needed. We will work to make sure each partnership is executing satisfactory, and also make sure we have a great Director of Operations for each partnership, which will help them dictate their return on their investment. In addition, to this new restructure all of our financials will now be consolidated to show our overall growth and profits.
This new structure will help us to measure the value of the overall company growth, which will help us, focus on each area of focus to internally analyze what we have to tweak to continue our innovation, which will help grow our brand and drive incredible growth continuing to stretch boundaries.
Skylimit Creations is the business of starting new things and taking calculated risks to grow our investments and new ventures, which equals new capital. This is a very exciting new chapter in the life of Skylimit Creations Inc. this will develop a new brand and culture with full of freedom to growth.
